It is Browns Bay Family Doctors policy to contact patients about their results ONLY if the results are abnormal.  Your results will be available to view on our Patient portal , Manage My Health, once reviewed by your doctor.  

If the tests were ordered by another provider, they are responsible for following these up. We may receive a copy, but not always.

If your symptoms persist or get worse, it is important that you make a follow up appointment as further investigation may need to be undertaken.
