Respiratory symptoms
We will see you if you have respiratory symptoms and have had a negative RAT test on the same day of your consultation. Please wear a mask during your visit to the clinic.

With The Shielded Site, victims of domestic violence can access a shielded portal through which they can contact Women’s Refuge to find out how to make a plan to safely get out of a dangerous situation, learn how to stay safe online and get answers to questions about what comes next – all without fear of it showing up in the browser history for anyone else to find.
Enrol as a new patient
As a new patient your first consultation will be a half hour appointment so please ensure you advise Reception when booking.

As an enrolled patient you will receive government subsidised visits as well as access to other programmes and services. We are affiliated with Comprehensive Care providing us with support for capitation enabling us to provide free consultations to enrolled under 14 years, along with other healthcare programs.

With both form options, you need to send it with your proof of eligibility, for example your New Zealand Passport, New Zealand Birth Certificate (AND two forms of proof that you are the person on the birth certificate, one being photo ID), or Resident Visa.
If you are not an New Zealand citizen you may not be eligible for government subsidised care. However, non-eligible patients are able to register and access full medical care for an unsubsidised fee.
To be eligible for enrolment subsidised care you must meet one of the criteria listed on the enrolment form. You can also find the criteria at the Ministry of Health website – if you are not an New Zealand citizen, we recommend that you read this as you may still be eligible. If you are not a NZ citizen please bring your passport and your visa(s) to your first appointment.
